Chicken of the Woods

While probably not as good as morels to eat, I come across plenty of Chicken of the Woods (Sulphur Shelf) when out scouting deer this time of year.
It can be pretty tough where it attaches to the log, but the edges are tender. Anybody else eat them?

Yes they are tastey,we just got our first real rain fall in a month so it looks like I'll go out in the next few days and look around,If you don't get to them when they are fresh,they get buggy..............
