My fav way to make duck
Breast out ducks
Marinade: In a big bowl
Enough soy sauce to cover breasts
3 tblsp of malt vinegar
4 tblsp of maple sirop
italian herbs to taste
lots of blck pepper
Let soak for an hour, flip let soak for another hour, then wrap in bacon strips and bake in oven at 350. Usually with largeer ducks when the bacon is crispy the duck is done but it depends on the duck small ones cook before bacon is crispy, i usually just keep checkin until meat is slightly pink not over cooked
