I got a question for the water trappers. What do you guys think you be an adequate weight to use in a drownder set for coons?

on the edge of a deep creek just the weight of a 1.5 or 1.75 will do just fine

Alright thanks. The bottom is a little to rocky to drive a stake so I gotta go with weights

That might work packing into it isn't a big deal. I can drive almost to it so I can pretty flexible with what I use.

if its easy ot drive to just a half a cement block or a whole if ya have extra ones laying around.

its all we ever used to use. never had one waiting on the bank with the cement block. keep it simple and its alot easier.

Ya down fall to when your waiting for time to come to start setting out traps brain gets over active. I haven't messed much with the water trapping.
