Title: Pro hunter ok?

So a few years ago I was planning on hunting in Mass and then learned I couldn't use my TC Encore because it was a break action.. So last year I heard a rumor they are now allowed can anyone help me out here I can't seem to find it in the rules

Got to check my Encore haven't even shot it yet ; Getting close week from Sat.
