Title: When does wind speed become a factor in deer movment?

5-10? 10-15? 15-20?  At what windspeed will you see a decrease in deer movement. I know every deer is different and you wont kill one sitting on the couch but I'm interested in hearing what the vet deer hunters have noticed....I'm still a rookie and still learning.
