I have a couple of questions regarding NY pheasant hunting on public land. I have family in the Albany area and did a little homework on the web about public release sites. Can anyone tell me if these release sites would "crowd" deer hunting? Also, are there any/many birds left by Thanksgiving? I don't think I'll hunt this year, but maybe next year. I appreciate any info you're willing to share
