If any of you are interested Wyoming is in their 2nd year of the supertag drawing and gives us unlucky folks another chance at tags, the deadline is tomorrow to buy tickets.

Well they announced the winners of the drawings.  look like mostly Wyomingites drew this year, and a couple nonresidents drew as well.
