Found my arrow, down over the edge behind a log; don't think I would have found it without the still from the video. I was about to give up and looked down the hill once more and saw it, went further than I thought it would.



The second shot did some damage:


First shot was low and would have killed him but I doubt I would have found him:

Hen video from last Thurs, just before the tom showed up:


Why did the turkey cross the road? Driving around the other day I saw a hen a couple hundered yards up the road, I pulled up and she ran off in to the woods. Had a call in my mouth so I called to see if any toms were around, when another hen ran out into the road and didn't even notice me or my truck.  ::);D

New laptop has a built in card reader, easy to transfer pics. ;)





Think I should be able to find the arrow after looking at the video, wasn't in the right spot; based on the damage to the bird it can't be far.
