Goose season is almost here

The count down is on, I have everything ready to roll. The start of my hunting season cant wait

Its getting close. Going to be tough until some corn starts coming down

I am ready too. I hunt them in the AM's and bear in the afternoon unless my cam tells me otherwise, or whitetail season starts on the 15th for bucks in which case I forget all bout bear and birds.

you got that right! Always tough during early season, gonna head out early tomorrow morning and see if I can follow some birds off the river to a decent field if all goes as planned. Still extremely excited even if it's crappy I get to hunt something so I'm happy

Good luck stuck. Pretty tough to find them around here until they start cutting then its game on  Early season is one of my favorite times to hunt them. Once you find a field they're going to you got em. Haven't seen many flying around lately.soon real soon can't wait

Haven't seen many up here either,,  might walk down the mohawk hoping to jump some or try checking ponds...
