This year has been the best ever for me seeing deer especially some real nice bucks. However I have lost out on a couple good opportunities. 2 weeks ago I had a nice buck walk in and took a shot but it ended up hitting some beaches and ended up making a non lethal shot. With that day under my belt I tried a different place to hunt and have some good pictures to show. There are also 2 good bucks so at my first location that me and a buddy keep seeing. However I can never get in the right place at right time. I'll see the bucks taking different trails each time and can never get them into bow range. Not getting discouraged since at least I am seeing bucks. Hopefully soon I can make a connection.
