I am again looking at the possibility of going on a hog hunt in the spring or summer . Distance is not a problem although I would prefer under a 30 hour drive from maine. I want to hunt free ranging WILD hogs. I am not opposed to hunting at a feeder or bait site but an not interested a in a high fence operation. Does anyone have any sudgestions?? Looking for somthing affordable I do not mind camping if need be. Thanks!!

If you start doing your homework now, you could find a place (farmes mostly) in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi or Alabama that would probably let you hunt for free just to get rid of them. We used to go to the Pearl River state land in Louisiana and get into them once in a while.
