Does anyone apply for a moose permit for Maine, Vermont or New Hampshire. I have been applying for Maines moose lottery for 12 years now and have a total of 40 bonus points, maybee this will be my year. I have been applying for Vermont and New Hampshire only for a few years but they say Non Res have a better chance at getting a permit. Hopefully this will be my year for 1 of those states. If any one is looking to apply and looking for a subpermitte in case you could not hunt im willing to be a subpermitte for whoever, good luck Don
