There is nothing more fun than filling your game bag with squirrels. They taste really good in a pot pie too! I can't get enough of those squirrely little buggers. Anybody gget the itch too?

oh yeah, I like them because they are easy, and fun to shoot at, plus they taste good, and just about everything about them is a good thing. Some days I use a shotgun, somedays I go long range sniping with a .17 some days with a .22 or a rampage 25 round mag .22 and one other gun on my back with a pistol on my hip. They are just plain fun to hunt

i agree i think almost all hunters started out with squirrels and always hunt them because its nostalgic and brings back memories of youth

You guys are talking big grey squirrels eh? I shoot red (tree) squirrels (the little guys) mostly to improve my shooting outside and for fly-tying materials. I got a good one the other day at about 30 yards with my bow ;D
