Noticed this girl sitting along the edge of a brush field 220 yds away. Then noticed two deer just inside the brush about 20 yds. Managed to lip squeak her over for a 55yd shot with the muzzleloader.

Any idea if he made it through?

Been hitting the finger lakes the past few days. I saw a solid shooter 8 point last night but it was too far away. I will give it one last try on Tuesday. It’s been a really fun season.
yeah he made it through. He was spotted last week.

That’s a wrap!

3 small bucks and some doe tonight. I was going to shoot one of the doe but the bucks started coming out so I held off hoping for a big one to come out. That never happened.

It was a great ending to the season.

Got my mount back from this past season already. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out although I don’t have any others to compare it to
