Title: Good start to the season

Got in the stand at 545 this morning. Barely got settled in and sat down, when i here deer coming in from behind me. There is 2 oaks off ro my ledt that they have been hitting on a regular basis and that right where they went. I only have a clear shot to 1 of the trees and for some rwason they did not want ro hit that tree this morning. They munched on acoens for 45 minute beforw this guy finally gave me a shot. I had to shoot through a few small hemlock braches but my arrow madw it through and lung punched him. He went 80 yards and piled up.

 Excited to get one early. I have a 2 day bass tourny rhis weekend. So maybe this will help keep my mind on fishing instead of the woods.
