Has anyone else hunted wild boar with a hand gun? I am thinking about hunting with my .357 in February. I am having a scope put on mu gun. I just want to know if anyone else has done this and at what caliber. |

If you call a blitz gun (a captive bolt gun) a hand gun it is the only way I have ever shot a boar, except those boar weren't wild. but the gun is a .45cal most time it only takes one shot. |

In my opinion, I'd use a .44mag or better. |
