I started bow hunting 8yrs ago, and I finally got a deer this year, I am at the point where I didn't care what I got I just wanted a deer. On my drive home from work on monday I saw a guy walking down the road with a smokepole, so I decided to sit up a tree for the afternoon, and it payed off. tonight I will have the first fruit of the deer (back straps) ;D ;D

it was okay, I think I over cooked it on the grill, oh well, I will shoot one more with the gun so (wife put a limit on) I can try again (unless I sneak another tag)
