Coyote Hunting

Any body out there ever go hunting for coyotes? Where abouts do you go? I have never gone hunting for them, i have shot acouple while deer and moose hunting, but never called any in before. I want to give it a try this winter, any info would be great. Thanks

yeah ive gone to a local spot by my cabin and we sit up in an open pasture and call them in with a call from quaker boy called the double dog it looks like a Y. its pretty successfull and alot of people just shoot a squarells and throw them out to get some scent. also you could by a movie by primos on how to call them and other helpfull tactics.

I have one coyote hunting movie by Primos, not the instrution one. Looks like calls are the way to go, and you don't have to sit and freeze either, call fifteen minutes later move. I'd also like to give it a try, my neighbour has a pile of land and said I could hunt on his land.
