Congrats backstrap, sorry it took me so long to find the official score and measurements of your bird!  Awesome turk bird too!!  Some nice scores on the board this year that is for sure!  Good luck to the rest of you guys!!

Newest results......... Sorry for being such a slacker guys!!!!!!  Bear with me as much as you can, been working a bunch and guiding a lot of hunts lately.......  Computer time has been limited trying to get as much sleep as possible!! Thanks to Drobs for helping me keep track of the top 3 hunters!!!

On a side note... Wow, what an impressive group of birds that hit the dirt this year!!! Some great birds have been pushed out of the top 3, and replaced by even better birds!! We're having another banner season here in MI, glad to see others having good luck out there also!!!!!!

I agree WTM some very nice birds taken this season so far. Congrats again to all the sucessful hunters so far and good luck to the hunter's still at it. Northwoodsaddict to date that is the biggest bird ever taken in the 2 years of the MHF Turkey Contest.

Did you see the bird that northwoods took?? I just seen it a minute ago.  Havent scored it myself, but 102 for a double beard that big is very beleiveable.

Just cuz he posted he thought it scored 70 in his post. Dont really know where you get the numbers for the score from.

Took me a little while but I figured it out. Good catch bauls25. The bird  actually scores 72 not 102. When I put the numbers in the calc. on NWTF I put 30 inches in for the beard. I really should have put 15 in. I did not know it would automatically multiply the beard lenght by 2. Causing me to screw up and mislead everyone and for that I'm sorry. Northwoodsaddict still remains in first place though.

Its deff a Very, Very Nice bird and very doubtful will be beat, just figured it was a typo with the 102
