Title: Baked Ham Egg Pepper Omelet
Post by: seags on Apr 08, 2017, 06:34:49 AM
6 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion chopped fine
1 green pepper chopped kind of coarse
2 cups of a cooked baked ham chopped
12 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon on salt
Black pepper to taste

Heat butter add onions and peppers, let it go for about 5 minutes or so, then add the ham for a nice brown, but not too much.
Layer the mix into a 9x13 and then mix the egg,s milk, S/P and pour over the ham, onions, peppers.
Preheat your oven @350 and let it go for about 15-20 minutes.
I like it with rye bread or a bagel.
If you could eat 2 of those sandwiches in one setting you are a real.
I will have 1 and latter that day or late night, I then will have the second one, watching an old B/W horror movie and have tea, maybe a whiskey or 2.
I hope you like :)
