I have a 32' Jayco fifth wheel on a permanent site at Dowie Dale. Big deck built onto it. Not alot for the kids to do there like Flatrock, I mean Jellystone. (Never get used to that). But there is a marina with access to the Big O! Decent beach too. I live about a mile upstream from where you will be. I'll float you a beer. Be on the lookout!!! Cheeks out!!!
Today's project is rebuilding the roundup wiper....The old drum was a piece of aluminum pipe that rotted out so I made a new one from pvc. It still needs the blanket's wrapped on it to be finished. The pipe is essentially a reservoir that we put a roundup mixture in. The wicks carry it out through the pipe wetting the outside covering and the pipe is constantly turning with a 12v motor to keep it from dripping on the bog while we are pushing it. The tall weed's on the bog will touch the roller and hopefull die without damaging the bog. inside after the wick's are pushed in.The old one.The new one
