They would make good stuffers but that's not something you want to try just yet. Also make a heck of a chowder. They will be a little Chewey but you can steam them up no problem.

I would put the quaohogs and mussels in a pot, a spoonfull of minced garlic scattered on them and pour 1 beer in there and fire it up. when the shells are open your done.

Thanks again bog. Only problem is I have about 10lbs and no one to eat it with me. Everyone around it either working or doesn't eat them...good problem to have I guess.
