You guy's are killing me! I have to date, 1 red squirrel, 1  turkey, 1 porcupine and nothin' else. On vacation this week so I just got in from setting my bigger line. Maybe covering more ground will help. Lousy weather so far. Too warn followed by a foot of snow than too warm again. Still in the game though but negative thoughts are starting to creep in......

There is actually an add in the back of FFG paying decent money for the hair off of them    I here the quills can be sold as well

LOL Problem there is that it takes a lot of hair to make an ounce and it takes a big hog to get the length gaurd hairs that they are after!

Some Iroquois do quillwork on moccasins and earrings, but I'm not sure if the method of take matters to them or not.

I know what thats like. I hang them from a tree after so a dog won't find them. Then set up a trail cam to see what visits.
