I need some information of the Statelands in Chautauqua County

I have a camp next to one of the blocks of state-land and I'm looking for a area that has a heavy concentration of squirrels to take my son hunting. The past 2 years we have had limited success. Any help would be appreciated.

well i have been through the Boutwell Hill and Harris Hill State Forest and its all a nice area to get small game.  Not sure where you are located but it is close to Ellington area.  If I remember correctly there is a Hatch Creek State Forest too.....too many years past but they might help you some....Zoar Valley is the best of all but I am not sure where you are located. Zoar Valley also allows camping.  Loved that area most of all
