  I retract my previous statement. My apologies I am from Maryland and was just trying to help out. It seems the age of twelve is to hunt small game with a parent or guardian or a relative over 21 with written permission from parent or guardian. Yup, that's corrent, 12 for small game with supervision, 14 for deer with archery equipment, and 16 with shotgun, muzzleloader, or rifle. Best of luck to the little guy!
