I was looking into trying to hunt black bear this year. I was wondering if anyone has hunted Savoy or Clarksburg? I've noticed the vegetation is very thick down here. So I Imagine its very tough bear hunting. Was wondering how guys have had success hunting. Whether spot and stalk, calling, or set up in a small clearing along a trail. Was wondering where to target. More of the beaver swamps or in the ledges in the mountains for early season.
