paste it right in your post, just have 2 windows open, copy the entire img then open your post and paste it in there
it should look something like this when you paste it

[IMG]bunchofwordsandnumbers[IMG]

then when you hit post itll show up as a pic

also skundl, if you want a pic in your avatar, it has to be sized, i use this

just browse your files for the pic you want, hit open and click resize, it will give you 3 options, copy the option you want and click on your profile, then click on forum profile info, then click on i have my own pic and copy pic into the space, click on change settings and your gloden.

you can? lol, i never knew that :D how ???

above each picture is an "edit" option....click it and you can resize it to 25%, 50%, or 75% of the original size, but like it says...once you resize it, you can't bring it back to original size.  If you make the mistake and resize it too small, you have to delete the picture and reload it to photobucket again.
