Deer heart is the best!! I soak it in salt water, slice it up and fry. Coupled with some fried onions, potatos and scrambled eggs for breakfast - That'll put a little lead in your pencil...

I could swear I just posted on here anyway, pickled or cooked with butter and onions yum...I have one in my fridge now. I kept the liver for the first time, never had it from a deer....any suggestions? (and yes I know I am a chef....)
