Thanks for insights Capt. JJ. I always wondered how it wouldn’t be the same with a climber sticking out the side of a tree.
Dacker, never heard of that but I did see a mirror blind, which would reflect the surrounding area

Has anyone seen the adds for the see through blinds? You can see through the whole thing from inside but can’t see in from the outside..

Congrats. Only 5 came through Telos on Monday. We called 3 in, but they kept putting the brakes on just out of site. Our shooter is 14, and he's not very experienced. I had to come back for 2 days of work, but headed up later. Guessing the bulls are getting ready to be full blown rut based on the moon. Good luck everyone that's still trying

Little Johnny and his family lived in the country, and as a result seldom had guests. He was eager to help his mother after his father appeared with two dinner guests from the office.
When the dinner was nearly over, Little Johnny went to the kitchen and proudly carried in the first piece of apple pie, giving it to his father who passed it to a guest.
Little Johnny came in with a second piece of pie and gave it to his father, who again gave it to a guest.
This was too much for Little Johnny, who said, "It's no use, Dad. The pieces are all the same size."

For turkey hunting yes, they don't usually even notice the blind. For deer I prefer to make them out if sticks, logs and brush. With a pop up, they will notice it every time it seems... unless you set it out ahead of time and leave it, or brush it in good and hope they don't notice. If you want to be mobile, get a small stool and find a good hiding spot on the ground, and maybe add some burlap, camo netting, etc.
