2008 Whitetail

  I didn't draw any of the tags I had put in for this year  so I picked up one of the left over whitetail tags, after the last hunters were gone, I got to go out and do a little hunting for myself. Now that the season is closed the big Mulies were out being dumb chasing does, I saw several really nice ones. I tried to take a picture through the spotting scope and hit the wrong button so I ended up with a little vid clip of one. The quality isn't great but he was a pretty good buck.

The next evening this whitetail wondered out in meadow and after watching him for a bit I couldn't make myself pass on him. the first pic was with the flash and made everything look dark but it shows his rack pretty good, I ended up taking several pics, a real pain set the timer run around and sit by the deer then go back to see if it turned out or not. Cut my head off a couple times or the deers head, these were the two best pics

                 That's a beautiful whitetail. nice tine length and has good weight. Congrats. Nice to see you left a good mulie for seed. Sounds like you have been a busy man. Now grab a breath of air and hook on to your boat before she freezes over, fishing has been ok. Latter BI

That is a nice deer. He has good mass and lots of points what more could you ask for??
