Do any of you bow hunters have any advice for me as to what size pin is better .29 or .19???  any help would be great.

 its more of a personal preference than anything else

I would recommend going to a bow shop and looking at them mounted on bows. The smaller pins are intended for target shooting. I prefer the larger pins for dawn and dusk.
