I hunt a chunk of 50 acres and I have dealt with this for 5 years. Once I feel like they got me figured out I do one of 2 things. 1 I move very close to my house which is somewhat counter intuitive but they have me patterned so I move to an area that doesn't make sense. 2 I leave the woods alone until peak rut and fill the time catching walleyes or hunting state land. well after moving stand again i got it done.4 pointer weighing in at 120 lbs.not a monster but after the frustrations of the early season,i thought i was going without.thanks again for all the input.it certainly helped.got me though the rut i was in and encouraged me to persevere.CHECKMATE!!!!!!!
