The cold weather and the snow has put a stop on hunting for me. How cold is it at your house and how much snow did you get. Hope everyone makes it thru this cold spell and stay warm and safe.

was -12 at 6 am today now around 1 and not snowing. Have about 12 inches of snow or little more......stuck nose outside for a few minutes and stayed inside for the day

-16 with the windchill. Only got 10 inches or so. Ice fishing tomorrow

Got about a foot of snow, it's hard to tell for sure because of the drifts, but that's pretty close. I plowed the stuff on a tractor all morning. Just as I got my daughter's driveway opened up at a quarter to eight so she could leave for work, the radiator on the tractor slushed up and boiled over. It was fine last evening when I rough plowed to keep things open. Got it in the garage, built a fire and drained some off. Added 2 gallons of 50/50 and back at it without a hitch. It got up to -2° this afternoon. It's -18° right now. I'm afraid this winter is going to test us. We've had it pretty easy the last few years....

its up to 4 here,was 16 below yesterday and furnace and water was froze,got that thawed out and about 12" new snow,,might fish today,might not....!!
