Road trip to VT

Heading to VT in morning to take a look at some turkey spots! COME ON TURKEY SEASON!

saw 15 long beards all strutting today not 75 yards from my house  so i thought maybe ill sneek out side with the turkey call and just call 1 time at them well i yelped to them befor i could finish they  started gobbling so i put the turkey call up lol  hopeing when we lose this snow  that the turkeys wont go to far but you know turkeys they will be here till two days befor season then they dissapear

making 1 more scouting trip to VT this weekend. Hopefully I will get on to some good turkey sign! saw quite a few 2 weeks ago around West fairlee. COME ON SPRING!

still seeing alot of nice toms here  seeing them every day  usly in morning they are alone but by 10 am they have hens so hopeing they are alone on may 1st lol

Well took my last scouting trip on Sunday to VT. Scouted 2 WMAS and saw lots of sign. now it is time to just wait for the opener. I know I am going to have to work hard for a bird there but it will be alot of fun chasing them around.
