Well the three of us decided to hunt for turkeys in the am and bears in the afternoon on sat. Looks like 60 + and sunny.
Its a great feeling to hunt with your wife and son .
We will pack lots of food and drinks to make it fun.
I'm ready to try my new spotting scope out. Wife and kids got a vortex nomad for me on christmas. It seems easy to pack so far.

How has the bear hunting been going for you so far? Looks like we got some rain in the forecast, hopefully wont slow us down to much. I was out in the woods yesterday and found some winterkill deer. Saw some tracks in the area. On my way out I could defiantly smell that bear. Must have gotten close but never saw it.

Sounds like you had a time in the wilderness and always great to see game as you move along     :)
