Not as pretty as last years 8 but he is just as tasty!

Thank you everyone! Still a few tags to fill so I hope to keep this thread alive. I dry aged a hind quarter and steaked it last night.

I think Frank dry aged his buck on the way home in that hitch rack.   ;D   ;D
