Been buisy trying to get some oysters. Have had alright luck so far.

Good lord that's a pile of Fidel heads.
How's the oyster shrooms? Iv never tried them.
Mostly go after morels and chicken of the woods.

I did about 200lbs of fiddleheads this year. Most of them got shipped out of state to ny. Boulder, Vegas and Cali.. I've always have picked them and sold them road side since I was a kid. Now I can get double selling out of state and no more sitting road side..

I pick about 10 lbs. just enough for 4 or 5 meals , There is about a week's worth of non stop picking good eating right there

Boy, I'm jealous. The fiddleheads here came and went in a hurry this year, mostly during the week we went to my daughter's graduation. I only managed enough for one meal. I had a new recipe for fiddlehead pie that I wanted to try, too. Guess that will have to wait for next year. :(

we have a ton of these around our neck of the woods and they can stay in the woods too....they look nice but no thanks
