pheasant stocking

I was just checking the stocking list for the Northeast section of the state and am really upset with the lack of places they stock pheasants. Years ago there were lots of places they put them out now it seems like they don't want to be bothered because they only stock a few places in each county. In some counties they only stock one place and in others they don't even stock. Real sad what we get for our money.
