Not quite, but i did have a moose walk within 10 yards of my truck while i was taking a nap. That was bad cause it's not like i could get out for a show cause it would take off right away, so it was a kick in the teeth for me after walking all day looking for a bull.

    When I was a kid I got caught in the same position while squirrel hunting.   Lucky I had my gun close and got the squirrel then finished my business.  ha-ha

Was bow-hunting and had to take a whiz, walked around the other side of the coolee so I wouldn't be next to my stand and looked up to see a deer almost run right over my bow.  I think it happens a lot. ::)

the first deer I ever shot was pretty much the same except I never stood up my 30-30 was right beside me (dad always said never be out of reach just in case) well I pulled up deer went down and I sat down  :-[ needless to say I shot my 1st buck 8pt then had to hit the creek to wash up!! ;D ;D

Be careful when handling toilet paper in the field.  ;D
My hunting postman almost had his hand shot off when he reached up to get his paper which was hanging on a tree branch.
Good thing his white rear end wasn't facing the road........that would be a whole different story  :o

never happened to me but my buddy was just the other side of a brush pile 150 yards away and i witnessed it happen lol wish i had a camera that day he has bad luck with brush piules he fell aslepp in one 2 years ago and got woken up by a bear 10' away i was only 50 yards away and tried calling to him lol he was out you would wanna see him stand up with his pants down that day like a disaster at hersey park
