8mm Remington Magnum

I was wondering does anyone have a 8mm Remington Magnum, first hand experience with one, or reload for it?

I shot one once and decided I "never" wanted one. Worst recoil gun I ever shot! I now shoot a 338 mag for the most part so I like MAGNUMS but not the 8 ::) ::) ::)

I shot mine today and the recoil wasn't bad at all.  I'd say between a .300 Weatherby and .340 Weatherby magnums.  I got 3/4 inch groups so I'm a happy camper and can't wait to get a deer with it.

dang...8mm remmy mag...i have some shells for one of those....havent shot one in a long time...but they are BIG....make my 300 and 338 win mag shells look like 22s  lolololol.....what ya need atrillery for??...you shoot a long way??
