My Father and I

My dad and I in '03 - my first year out, first DAY out - only day to hunt together, he got the spike early on, I got the button at the end of the day, amazing day - will always be my favorite hunt!


November of '05 - got a nice 8 point, dressed at 185lbs, bout 60 yards into the swamp, was a heck of a drag outta there!


And my Dad's 4 pointer '06, dressed out at 160lbs :)

Congratulations Red to you and your Father!
            Sometimes the time we spend just outdoors, or with the people that are very special in our lives, are far more important than the harvest. Hopefully you will be able to share more time together. WTG in 2005 very nice Buck and great pictures.

Nice pics and nice deer, that 1st one of you and your dad is great, that's got to have some good memories attached to it. I hope to get my daughter out hunting sometime soon. She loves to fish, snowmobile, ride the 4-wheeler, but I haven't put a gun in her hands yet. Her biggest down fall is that she doesn't like to get out of bed in the morning. She must have gotten that trait from her mother.  ::)  ;D
