NYS Black bear Record book entry Help

I Local guy in town bagged a 334.8 black bear and would like to know about information on if it would make the NYS Books and where online it could be found any help would be appreciated

The NY Big Buck club keeps records by skull measurements, so does B&C. NYBB minimum is 18", B&C is 20". The NY state record bear weighed twice that, there's been a couple over 650lbs taken in NY.
