Here's some warm water memories. Not ice fishing, but lakers, and warm.

Took us a while, but we got my friends daughter one, actually two.

How do you like my bait ;D

A few for the smoker.

Ours, my uncle bought it new in '82-'84. Don't need an expensive boat to fish 8).

Big lakers!! Some people wonder why we spend hours trolling around to catch them. Until they get one on.... ;D  Congrats to all on some great fish!
So much for your attempt to hide the location.... :o   LOL Way to go Halfrack.... :P  At least it isn't on MFF in the middle of June...

Oh alright, i thought it was a charter boat with the numbered riggers.

Some of the spots we troll are small and I don't want a bunch of guys on them. Plus I don't want people killing the bigger fish.

We used to fish with four riggers, but didn't fish lakers for around 15 years. I got the urge to go back, so we got two "new" riggers that had been in my fathers basement for 20+years, and I got two used ones we made long (~5'). We go up for weekends in the summer, camp on an island and fish. It's a great inexpensive trip.

I don't care if people know it's LG, just a few of the spots. Some of the spots we troll are small and I don't want a bunch of guys on them. Plus I don't want people killing the bigger fish. I have no problem telling some one where they can go troll up 20+ lakers a day, they're just not very big maybe 4:1 keepers, where we usually fish it's closer to 4:3.5.

Sorry, I didn't realize the lake was being kept secret. I just saw a lake surrounding by mountains, good sized laketrout, and LGFD on the hat so kinda figured it wasn't a secret.
