Xmas oysters

So my very thought full lady got a mushroom growing kit  for x-mas. Pretty cool, I  an avid shroom  hunter/gatherer, nice gift, so here it is in the past 6 days of growth...
It is a oyster mushroom  kit from back to the roots

its  going!!! Looking cool, FUN, will be a nice winter treat.  Got the back half of the block to try and get a second flush,night just let it sit on a plate and go for it and see what happens,

Very cool! A couple of years ago my wife got me a White Button kit.  We followed the directions to a T and never got a single mushroom!  :(
It'll chew...
