.50 cal CVA Optima Pro with a Bushnell Banner 3-9X40 on top shooting 250 gr Shockwaves and 100 grains of 777 powder.  It pretty much groups all bullets in the same hole at 50 yards, and i get about a 1" group at 100 yards.  My favorite gun to shoot.

I pity the deer that stands in front of you during ML season Bonehead. That's a fantastic group at 50 yds with iron sights !!!!!

Thanks! The gun is brand new. Those shots were # 4-5-6. I almost could not believe how well it shot. Better groups with it that my scoped rifle.  ::) I like the fiber optic sights, but plan on putting a scope on it next year.

When I first started ML hunting had T/C .50 cal renegade....about 20 years ago moved up to a .50 Lancaster semi-custom...nice shooting gun....this year for Christmas got a Lyman 209 Mustang breakopen in-line....have not shot it yet, but it looks like a very nice gun...will let you know how it is after shooting it.....Doug
