First catches of the year
« on: Nov 19, 2016, 05:38:35 PM »
I thought you all might like to see the first catches of the year for my son and I. We got a couple beaver, skinned them out, put up the fur, and stored the meat in the freezer to use for bait for our upcoming fisher season. We will be checking the water line again tomorrow. How is everyone else doing so far this year?

Nice ones. The one in front must be 50 60 lbs. Only set for coyotes this year. Got the sets in a week ago nothing so far

A couple of nice beaver there!

Just a Fisher and weasel. I did have four K9 sets out a week or so, nothing. I pulled my traps for the deer season. May put in a few mink, weasel and muskrat sets depending on the weather...
