proper care for pontential mounts
« on: Aug 18, 2006, 11:30:48 AM »
i got this idea while reading and responding to an old thread here....alot of people have misconceptions on proper care techniques...my taxidermist (whos mounted several birds for me including ducks, grouse and turkeys) recommended this site as a good guide for both style...and care...read the taxidermy tidbits part....NO PANTYHOSE,TOWELS..etc...my buddy refused to belive it..because thats hes been doing for years...his widgeon mount now paid the price. check it out...they also have an area with awsome mounts.its the link at the bottom of the care article....incredible...check them out you may get some ideas.
