Anyone Tag out on Last Day?

So who tagged out today and who is going into overtime with muzzleloader?  Salmon 44 and I had em' moving today and we each missed at deer.  That's hunting though.  Time to break out the smoke pole and reaaaaally push the wife to the limit.  She loves it when I go into muzzleloader....

I got a 5 pointah today at 10 am.  60 yrd shot with 3 1/2" buckshot....in the head.  First deer with horns I've had a shot at, so I couldn't turn it down!

Not me. Havent had a real opportunity yet this season at a deer. They are holed up on a piece of posted land next to where i hunt. Im going to check the zero on the muzzleloader tommorow.

Took a last day nubbie today. Wasn't going to pull the trigger but figured some meat in the freezer was better than none.

          Failed to tag out also ....... Saw a couple deer and didn't have a really good shot so i held off .......Guess it will be bacon on the ice this year

I couldn't go the last day (sons hockey exhibition) but my buddy managed to get out there around 10am. Walking in and being distracted by a squirrel behind him, but when he turned back around this guy was headed out the funnel area we usually hunt. Saco Bay didn't have their scales open but I figured around 160lbs. Now you have to understand this guy hasn't shot a deer in 15 years. Just a little excited.

i tracked a nice buck all day saterday but i had to leave the woods at 2:00 pm to go to work, this deer brought me in circles all day and with noone willing to move where i needed them to for us to get a shot off on him, noone saw the thing, i herd him blow at me once but never saw him! all in all not a bad season.
