I'm looking at Cabelas Whitetail Extreme series for next year.  They are kind of expensive, but from what I've heard from people that have them, they're great.

You really can't beat King of the Mountain Wool but the price is very steep.  I have the uninsulated bibs and they are the most comfortable and still very warm.  I can't imagine what the insulated ones are like.  I also have a pair of Cabelas 200g thinsulate ultimate fleece /gore-tex bibs and if you ask me they are very noisy, very warm, but noisy, especially on those still, cold, late season mornings you know when you can hear a mouse fart at 200yds.  Trying to move on a deer that is close can be difficult.
my 2 cents
