We like them, I think of morning dove when I cut them up and cook them just a lot bigger and do not need as many to feed a few people. I know some call them ribeye of the sky. We had our neighbors over and cooked one up the way we do with stuffing and cooked sausage and mix together and then add the crane and bake for about 30 minutes and then eat. We had mashed potatoes with gravey and corn/greenbeans for the meal.

Got my dad one and I missed all the bulls I shot at this year, well hit one but way low in the leg and could never catch up to him again.
